Blog report by Brendan Boucher

Corry Girls Soccer Head Coach

Corry had their final game of the regular season with a chance to even the score against Conneaut after losing earlier in the season at CASH. The Beavers did just that as both Varsity and JV won their games 2-0.

Scoring for Corry was Mallory Dahlgren with her first goal of the season assisted by Mahra Goodwill. Second goal came in the second half by Marleigh Martin assisted by her sister Morgan Martin.

It was another game where Corry held possession most of the night. We missed on a penalty kick and a few other chances so offense was present. It was a great team effort and that’s been the case this whole season. The team hasn’t been reliant on any one player but leaning on one another.

The Beavers finish the regular season with a record of 10-6-2 and will now wait to see where they stand seeding wise for playoffs.
